ZK Elections is a decentralised election system in which ballots are processed by a network of humans.
Four movements, none of which ever holds both the identity of a voter and the content of their ballot.
The issuer grants each voter a digital election Eligibility Proof. It proves eligibility and nothing else — no name, no roll number, no ballot.
The mobile app splits the sealed ballot into encrypted ballots and dispatches each one on its own path into the 1h1n network.
A first layer of scrutineer nodes checks the Eligibility Proof attached to each homomorphic tally, then forwards sealed envelopes into many rooms.
Envelopes are opened in the rooms, encrypted ballots are rejoined, and the tally is produced. The link back to a voter no longer exists.

Download the voter app →Define the electorate, design the ballot, issue Eligibility Proofs. The network does the rest — and no one can accuse you of touching a vote.
Launch an election →Run the ZKE node on your machine: take in encrypted ballots, verify Eligibility Proofs, route sealed envelopes, close the count.

encrypted ballots travel independently. A single scrutineer holds a fragment, never a vote.
Eligibility Proofs prove the right to vote once. They do not carry the name of the person holding them.
The organization running the election issues Eligibility Proofs and reads the tally. It never handles ballots.
Anyone running a scrutineer node can recompute the result from the published, anonymised record.
It should require proof. Bring an election to the 1h1n network, or run a node and become part of the count.
